We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Administrator to join our team at Albany House, Petty France, London, SW1H0BD. This is a hybrid role requiring both on-site presence and remote work. The position is temporary for 3 months with a potential for permanent placement. The role offers a pay rate of £15.00 per hour PAYE Direct (£18.77 PAYE Umbrella) and requires working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Service Contracts and be proficient in CAFM systems and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise CAFM systems for managing and updating facilities data.
Ensure statutory compliance and organise statutory compliance paperwork.
Liaise with contractors and site engineers to coordinate maintenance and facilities tasks.
Provide general administrative support to the facilities management team.

Skills:

Proficient in using CAFM systems.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
Excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication and liaison abilities.
Prior experience in facilities service contracts (3-5 years).
Strong administrative skills.
Ability to manage and organise paperwork efficiently.
Competence in coordinating with contractors and site engineers.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems

Certifications & Standards:
