A dynamic managed office provider is looking for a passionate and proactive Facilities Executive to ensure their clients feel supported, comfortable, and proud of their workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client issues related to facilities, maintenance, and building services.
  • Quickly log and resolve issues, either by fixing them yourself or coordinating with external contractors.
  • Ensure all communal and client spaces are clean, well-presented, and fully functional.
  • Assist with regular building inspections and compliance checks.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with service provider relationships and reporting.
  • Maintain stock of supplies and oversee small office moves or fit-out support as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular touchpoints and an approachable attitude.
  • Keep accurate records of jobs, issues, and contractor works.
  • Provide ad hoc support during events, viewings, and client onboarding.
