A leading non-profit organisation is seeking a hands-on, proactive Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep and efficiency of multiple properties. This is a client-facing role, perfect for a strategic thinker who can balance operational demands with leadership responsibilities.

?? Your Mission:

? Oversee reactive & proactive maintenance across multiple locations

? Conduct regular audits to ensure high standards of repair & presentation

? Manage supplier contracts, budgets & compliance

? Lead a team, setting best practice KPIs & service level agreements

? Ensure health & safety compliance, risk assessments & emergency responses

? Implement preventative maintenance plans & oversee improvement works

?? What We’re Looking For:

? Proven experience in maintenance & facilities management (5+ years)

? Hands-on skills in repairs, audits & compliance

? Strong leadership ability to manage teams & contractors

? Knowledge of COSHH, RIDDOR & Health & Safety regulations

? Budget management & contract negotiation experience

? Ability to travel across sites and be on-call for emergencies
