FACILITIES AND OFFICE MANAGER  We are currently supporting one of our clients who are a leading open banking payments network company to recruit for a Facilities and Office Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.  The client is seeking an experienced Facilities and Office Manager to oversee their office operations and ensure a conducive working environment. This role is essential in maintaining the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the office while supporting the team’s needs. This is a hybrid role working three days in the office.  FACILITIES AND OFFICE MANAGER ROLE
  • Managing the facilities of the office including overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company and being the main point of contact for building related contractors
  • Maintaining an immaculate office consistent with their exacting standards, and ensuring each employee has a safe, comfortable, and productive environment to work in, including completing desk assessments
  • Negotiation and rates with contractors and finding alternative vendors as needed
  • Supporting with the planning and execution of staff events, including charity initiatives, panels and social events
  FACILITIES AND OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience within a relevant Facilities and Office Manager position
  • Experience creating, planning and implementing events
  • Experience within a fast growing start-up or scale-up business
