- Managing the facilities of the office including overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT
- Acting as an ambassador for the company and being the main point of contact for building related contractors
- Maintaining an immaculate office consistent with their exacting standards, and ensuring each employee has a safe, comfortable, and productive environment to work in, including completing desk assessments
- Negotiation and rates with contractors and finding alternative vendors as needed
- Supporting with the planning and execution of staff events, including charity initiatives, panels and social events
- 3 to 5 years’ experience within a relevant Facilities and Office Manager position
- Experience creating, planning and implementing events
- Experience within a fast growing start-up or scale-up business
