A highly reputable financial services firm is seeking a dynamic and committed Facilities Assistant to join their Support Team.
The Facilities Assistant will work in close partnership with the Manager and support team to ensure HSE and Facilities run efficiently. The suitable candidate will monitor maintenance, repairs, and office works, ensure compliance with H&S Regulations, controlling budgets and expenses, updating office manuals and guides, liaising with vendors and managing office events.
The client is on the look out for a proactive, approachable individual, with a positive can-do attitude. This role is very hands on and they would love for someone to take it in their stride!
Although this is a temp to perm opportunity, you will be entitled to some of the benefits on site as a temporary member of staff.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ Facilities experience in Corporate environment
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified is highly desired
- Facilities Management certification e.g. IWFM or IFMA
- Methodical approach to managing risks and adhering to HSE legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
