We are seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a focus on maintaining a safe and functional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Liaise with the landlord and site contact, reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain building security, safety standards, and supervise contractors.
  • Perform daily building walkthroughs, meeting room checks, and ensure all tasks are documented.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, setups, and breakdowns.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.).
  • Manage stationery supplies and asset receiving.
  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, including special deliveries.
  • Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and tidy.
  • Perform other facilities-related tasks as needed.
