Facilities Assistant

Leading US law firm are looking to add a new Facilities Assistant to their established team in London, on a permanent basis working the hours 7am to 3:30pm.

  • To £45,000 
  • West-End based, very short walk from the tube station

Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities include:

  • To be a first point of contact on all facilities related requests within the London office
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained
  • Operation of the Building Management System
  • Conducting office moves and changes ensuring all offices are set-up and prepared as required
  • Ensure all stationery areas are stocked and always maintained
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services for the office
  • Take a lead to ensure all Health & Safety signage and information is up to date

Facilities Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience within a professional services environment (ideally law firm)
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Education to GSCE level (A – C in Maths and English or equivalent)
