Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property investor that is renowned for developing and managing first-class commercial destinations throughout the globe. Combining sustainability, with innovation, creativity, and a five-star approach to customer service, our client continues to push the boundaries of modern workplace management and is seeking a stand out Facilities Coordinator for a brand new development in the City of London.

Due to PC next year, this soon to be iconic high-rise combines sleek urban design with first-class amenities. You'll form part of the dedicated Building Management team, supporting the effective management of all aspects of the day to day operations of the building to deliver a top-tier service for your customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with occupiers and team members, ensuring professionalism and collaboration.
  • Review, sign, and process contractor invoices, ensuring work meets acceptable standards.
  • Maintain statutory compliance and training systems, coordinating inspections and team training.
  • Oversee small repairs/projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Communicate disruptive tasks and support sustainability, CSR initiatives, and corporate/marketing events.
  • Foster a safety-first culture by following procedures, wearing protective equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.
  • Manage soft service contracts (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping) and conduct regular service inspections.
  • Assist with service contract tenders and reviews.
  • Ensure property presentation and front-of-house services are of the highest standard, recommending improvements.
  • Maintain accurate expenditure records and support service charge processes.
  • Oversee in-house and contracted teams to deliver customer-focused service through communication and planning

Our client is looking to invest in your continued development and as such is looking for a confident self-starter who is keen to take on a role that will give them the platform to gain more hands-on experience. You'll be able to learn through doing, as well as through a tailored training programme from industry-leading Facilities Management professionals.

Beyond your personality and drive, you'll be able to demonstrate a foundation of FM experience within a similar role such as a Facilities Administration or Coordination role, or potentially as a Facilities Assistant. Real Estate & Property experience would be a large plus to your application but is not essential.
