  • Data analysis
  • Scheduling and management of planned and remedial works
  • Working with contractors
  • Project management/ co-ordination
  • Helpdesk management
  • Schedule, co-ordinate and oversee regular facility inspections
  • Creation of metrics data/graphs within Excel
  • Engage with stakeholders

Profile

  • Project Co-ordination/deputy Project Manager experience
  • PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Dealing with contractor's
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • CAFM software an advantage
  • Experience with scheduling of planned maintenance and reactive works.
