Facilities Coordinator

£29,000 - £31,000 *Depending on experience

Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic team who support an international Law Firm in the heart of London? We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking candidates to join their team. You'll be part of an organisation that values teamwork and supports professional growth and development.

Day to day duties:

  • Daily facilities duties, including ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Communicating with onsite and offsite contractors
  • Responsible for floor walks
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with daily escalations
  • Report and escalate issues to the Facilities Manager
  • Manage meeting rooms and client spaces
  • Supporting clients with 5* service and administrative duties
  • Ensure all spaces are compliant with health and safety
  • Light daily office maintenance.

What we're looking for:

  • No specific qualifications are needed as all necessary training will be provided.
  • Experience in a corporate facilities role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Packages.
  • Team player, proactive and positive attitude towards work.
  • Reliability, dedication, and professionalism with a friendly and approachable manner is key.
