Robert Half are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator based in London.
The role is for an initial 6 Month Contract Period, paying between £24,000 - £26,000. This role is based on site.
The role of Facilities Coordinator will involve being present at the Front of House, Providing Support to line managers.
Full Responsibilities include -
- Space Planning & Collaboration with internal Stake Holders to understand needs
- Ensure offices and workstations are properly equipped
- Procure furniture & install
- Maintain floor plans & space utilisation records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for routine maintenance and repairs
- Perform regular inspections of Facilities
- Respond to facility service requests
- Monitor and schedule maintenance tasks
- Negotiate contracts & service Level agreements
- Manage vendor relationships
Previous experience within a Facilities role will be needed for this role.
