Facilities Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks and functions related to the office facilities and functions of the London office such as general maintenance and repairs, vendor relations etc.
- Assist with coordination of office maintenance programs, construction projects, office moves as directed
- Member of the office emergency response team
- Participate in office security operations, including updates to security system, maintenance key card program
- Act as administrative contact with internal and external parties
- Oversee external parties (such as contractors) when they are on site
- Oversee the Facilities Helpdesk Inbox
- Take ownership of the New Joiners Inductions and Building Tour
Facilities Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ of admin/facilities support within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment
- Proficient in office systems (e.g. BMS, Zutec, Simmtronic, Lighting System)
- Working knowledge of H&S Assessments, Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
- IOSH accreditation is perferred
- Confident with MS Office
