Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Managing Agent for a Facilities Coordinator to join a prestigious, best-in-class mixed-use development in the City of London. This prime asset comprises a mixture of commercial offices, retail units, and public realm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with health & safety compliance, ensuring the site adheres to all regulatory requirements.

  • Support with service charge budgets, working closely with the team to ensure effective financial management.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying any maintenance or operational issues and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards across the site.

  • Support the Facilities and Building Management teams with day-to-day operational activities.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a facilities management or property management environment.

  • Strong understanding of H&S compliance; an IOSH qualification is highly desirable.

  • Experience assisting with service charge budgets and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
