We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Managing Agent for a Facilities Coordinator to join a prestigious, best-in-class mixed-use development in the City of London. This prime asset comprises a mixture of commercial offices, retail units, and public realm.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist with health & safety compliance, ensuring the site adheres to all regulatory requirements.

Support with service charge budgets, working closely with the team to ensure effective financial management.

Conduct regular site inspections, identifying any maintenance or operational issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards across the site.

Support the Facilities and Building Management teams with day-to-day operational activities.

Previous experience in a facilities management or property management environment.

Strong understanding of H&S compliance; an IOSH qualification is highly desirable.

Experience assisting with service charge budgets and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
