Overview:We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of all Facility Management (FM) services. The role will involve ensuring service levels are met and coordinating with teams and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure FM operations meet SLAs, KPIs, and output measurements.
  • Coordinate with FM and Critical Service teams to deliver services efficiently.
  • Support and monitor third-party maintenance suppliers and report corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Act as part of the site's Emergency team (e.g., Fire Marshal).
  • Manage mail room activities, office supplies, and coordinate waste/recycling.
  • Conduct fire safety testing and other statutory checks.
  • Handle purchasing, invoicing, and cost control tasks.
  • Support customer service and team coordination, ensuring concerns are addressed.

Person Specification:

  • Strong administrative and PC skills (MS Office).
  • Knowledge of facilities management and customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage multiple tasks.
