Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, monitor performance, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
  • Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors.
  • Assist in managing all contractors on-site to ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Aid in vendor and service procurement as needed.
  • Support financial processes, ensuring timely completion of all financial management tasks.
  • Manage purchase orders accurately within the internal financial platform.
  • Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.
  • Conduct site inspections, assessments, audits, and enforce safety procedures along with all building operations.
  • Implement the property risk management programme and adhere to industry best practises.Maintain premises in a neat and operational condition at all times.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Provide assistance for regular management reports and projects as required.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
