Duties:

  • Coordinating and overseeing facilities maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and well-functioning workplace ???
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking to ensure smooth operations ?
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures ??
  • Liaising with external vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, maintenance, and renovations ??
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to facilities-related inquiries and requests ??

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities coordination or similar role, demonstrating knowledge of facilities management practises �?
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment ??
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail ??
  • Proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude, able to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and efficiency ??
