Facilities Coordinator

Delighted to announce that Boden Group is recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for a leading young and vibrant property company, based in London.

What will you be doing?

Ensure all spaces run smoothly and maintain high standards. Work with the Facilities Manager and Area Managers to deliver an exceptional member experience.

What are we looking for in a potential candidate?

We are looking for people who are early in the facilities career that have drive and passion and still want to learn. It would be highly desirable if you already have 1-3 years in a similar facilities role where you have had ownership of factious facilities/workplace responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Facilities and IT tickets within SLAs
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Membership Team, contractors, landlords, and suppliers
  • Conduct space audits and support operational execution
  • Monitor Facilities and IT contractors for performance and safety
  • Enforce health & safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices
  • Handle emergency situations in the absence of the Facilities Manager
  • Identify and implement service improvements
  • Assist in supplier and tender processes
