Our client, a national Facilities Management organisation, are currently on the search for a Facilities Management Helpdesk Coordinator to join the dynamic onsite team at one of their key accounts in Central London.
The suitable candidate will handle incoming calls and queries ensuring that 5* service is delivered at all times. You will ensure that all jobs are issued to the correct team members and dealt with efficiently.Â
Key responsibilities:
- Logging and creating new jobs on the CAFM System
- Assigning the appropriate engineer or team member
- Communicating with the client and keeping them updated
- Producing reports
- Delivering 5* service at all tmes
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years within a Facilities Administration position/ Facilities Helpdesk team. Due to the nature of the position, you will have strong communication skills and be able to priortise your work.
Our client is offering a salary up to £32,000 per annum plus other benefits which includes career development opportunities.
