Site Based in South London, commutable from Brixton, Greenwich, Welling, Bromley, Streatham, Beckenham, Bexleyheath and surrounding areas.

This role would suit an Engineer with Fabric / FM Experience with a bias towards Plumbing and Heating looking to continue their development, whilst working in a highly autonomous position, keeping a great work life balance and having opportunities to massively increase your earnings through bonus schemes.

The Role:
*General Facilities Maintenance across a range of Accommodation and Luxury Facility Sites
*Plumbing / heating Bias
*Site based in South London
*Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday with no call outs or on call

The Person:
*Plumbing / Heating biased with Facilities / Fabric Experience in domestic / facility environments
*Full UK Drivers License and comfortable with travel
*Experience working in domestic / commercial environments
