- Ensuring the upkeep and presentation of the office to a high standard and troubleshooting any issues
- Carrying out routine daily health and safety walkarounds to identify and address concerns
- Managing heating and cooling systems throughout the office for optimal comfort
- Maintaining, ordering, and distributing office supplies such as milk, fruit, and stationery, in accordance with routine procedures
- Carrying out minor office maintenance repairs as instructed
- Ensuring technical equipment is set up as required, including daily printer checks and meeting room arrangements
- Responding to requests from all staff via email, in person, and through the online ticketing system
- Purchasing items on behalf of the team in line with financial procedures
- Assisting with office storage on and off-site, including models and archiving, as well as other manual handling activities such as desk moves
- Conducting work experience inductions and DSE assessments when instructed
- 6-12 months in a similar position or customer facing role
