Reed Education is recruiting for a prestigious Prep School based in Dulwich. We are looking for a Facilities Management Assistant to join their dedicated facilities team, helping to maintain and prepare their expansive school site, which includes Early Years facilities, sports pavilions, and a swimming pool.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in the daily preparation and maintenance of the school site.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping and leaf blowing.
  • Meet and greet facility hirers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Respond flexibly to changing priorities and challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Support the facilities team in various general duties to maintain a high standard of work across the school premises.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A full UK driving license is essential.
  • Basic knowledge and aptitude for handyman tasks.
  • Interest in or experience with gardening is advantageous.
  • Ability to swim and drive a mini bus would be beneficial.
