The Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and auditing site-based staff and ensuring properties across London meet the highest standards of compliance and service. You will monitor health and safety regulations, oversee third-party contracts, and provide guidance to onsite teams to maintain exceptional service levels.Â

What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the Facilities Manager role will have the following:

Experience in facilities management or a similar role

Strong knowledge of property management, service charges, and health & safety regulations

Ability to assess and implement quality and compliance standards

Full UK driving licence (extensive travel required)

Having the ISOH General Practitioner qualification would be a plus!
