Cobalt Recruitment is hiring for a newly created FM role in East London. You'll become a crucial part of the existing management team for this cosmopolitan, mixed-use estate, as they grow from strength to strength over the coming years. With an array of new initiatives and proactive investment planned going forward, this is an excellent time to join the brand and make a fulfilling role your own.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a planned preventative maintenance programme for a variety of building plant equipment, and fabric;
  • Managing CAPEX works, such as plant upgrades and replacements;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK health and safety legislation;
  • Signing off on Risk Assessments and issuing permits to works for contractors on site;
  • Managing the work of external contractors and suppliers in-line with KPI's and SLA's;
  • Managing the fit-out process for new tenants across the commercial and retail spaces;
  • Helping to execute on a variety of events held throughout the year on the estate.

As the successful applicant, you'll be able to rely on your extensive experience managing contractors, and knowledge of PPM works. An IOSH is mandatory although further qualifications will be provided by your new employer (NEBOSH, IWFM etc)
