Are you an experienced Facilities Manager seeking a rewarding opportunity to work in one of London's most iconic landmark buildings? We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our dynamic, in-house UK Property & Facilities team.

Facilities Manager - Landmark West End Building

Location: West End, LondonSalary: £60,000 per annumBonus: Up to 8% annually (two bonuses per year)

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a 20,000 sq ft space within a prestigious West End building.
  • Lead and manage a small team of 3 direct reports, ensuring high performance and strong team collaboration.
  • Manage key contractors, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Maintain smooth operation of all soft services, including a high-profile on-site catering facility, general facilities and premises functions, and small-scale projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly senior executives, ensuring their needs are met and facilities are always optimised.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve day-to-day operational issues and assist in long-term facilities planning.

Profile

About You:

  • Extensive experience in facilities management, with a strong background in managing both hard and soft services.
  • Proven track record in contractor management and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to think strategically and ensure the smooth running of all facilities operations.
