Cobalt is seeking a standout Facilities Manager for a vibrant and contemporary commercial estate in the City of London. Home to a mix of cutting-edge office spaces, lifestyle amenities, and public areas, this position will see you leading the on-site team in delivering a first-class total facilities management provision for one of dynamic commercial developments with a 10 year plan of proactive investment planned.

Reporting into the Estate Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strong management of a variety of suppliers across hard and soft services;
  • Preparing, managing, and reconciling service charge budgets;
  • Overseeing all hard and soft services contracts, ensuring alignment with KPI and SLA performance metrics;
  • Managing planned and reactive maintenance for building systems and infrastructure, including delivering CAPEX projects as needed;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK health, safety, and sustainability legislation;
  • Building strong relationships with tenants and occupiers, enhancing their experience through excellent service delivery and community-focused initiatives.
