This role is integral to ensuring a first-class office environment, requiring a seasoned facilities professional with experience in Corporate FM or Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all workplace operations, ensuring a seamless and professional office experience for employees and clients.
- Take full ownership of health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and regulatory adherence.
- Manage vendor relationships, overseeing service contracts across M&E, security, catering, cleaning, and front-of-house services to maintain best-in-class standards.
- Develop and implement space planning strategies, ensuring efficient office utilisation that aligns with business needs.
- Act as the key liaison for senior stakeholders, influencing real estate investment decisions and driving workplace efficiency initiatives.
- Spearhead business continuity planning and emergency response procedures, ensuring resilience across all operations.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering a high-end client and visitor experience through exceptional workplace services.

Strong expertise in health & safety, risk management, and compliance, ensuring a fully compliant workplace.? Demonstrable experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor contracts.?
