Facilities Manager - for an established global bank to lead the workplace strategy and operational management of its prestigious London headquarters. This role is integral to ensuring a first-class office environment, requiring a seasoned facilities professional with experience in Corporate FM or Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all workplace operations, ensuring a seamless and professional office experience for employees and clients.
  • Take full ownership of health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and regulatory adherence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, overseeing service contracts across M&E, security, catering, cleaning, and front-of-house services to maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Develop and implement space planning strategies, ensuring efficient office utilisation that aligns with business needs.
  • Act as the key liaison for senior stakeholders, influencing real estate investment decisions and driving workplace efficiency initiatives.
  • Spearhead business continuity planning and emergency response procedures, ensuring resilience across all operations.
  • Play a pivotal role in delivering a high-end client and visitor experience through exceptional workplace services.
The Ideal Candidate

? Significant experience in corporate facilities management within banking, legal, or professional services environments.? Strong expertise in health & safety, risk management, and compliance, ensuring a fully compliant workplace.? Demonstrable experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor contracts.? Commercially minded, able to manage budgets effectively while driving cost efficiencies.? Confident working with C-suite and senior leadership teams, influencing workplace strategy.? A proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering a world-class office experience.
