Facilities Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team in East London. This exciting Build-to-Rent (BTR) site offers a range of modern amenities, providing a great environment to work in. As Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring this residential building is well-maintained, acting as the primary point of contact for residents regarding any facilities-related concerns.

Key Role Responsibilities:

路 Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the building

路 Deliver exceptional and prompt customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism

路 Support the General Manager in overseeing building staff and ensuring team cohesion

路 Act as the point of escalation for any facility-related resident complaints, addressing and resolving issues with confidence and expertise

路 Contribute to and nurture the company's team culture, promoting growth and positive engagement

路 Provide reliable support outside of standard working hours when required

路 Monitor building performance and provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager

Who We're Looking For:

路 A personable individual who excels in delivering exceptional customer service

路 Relevant property qualifications (e.g., NFOPP, RICS, ARLA, ARMA, IRPM, IOSH, NEBOSH, CIBSE, CIOB, IHEEH)

路 Proven experience in assisting with financial management within a property setting

路 Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed

路 Prior experience in residential properties, hotels, or the private property sector

路 Proficient in computer skills, including property management software

路 A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
