We’re seeking a dynamic candidate to join a globally renowned finance company and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office services. This senior position requires someone with strong experience in facilities management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building systems and services, including reception, café, cleaning, security, maintenance, and more.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across various functions.
  • Develop and track preventative maintenance for critical infrastructure (HVAC, UPS systems, power, plumbing).
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and address alerts, ensuring smooth operations 24/7.
  • Manage office seating arrangements and support with flexible, hands-on tasks as needed (e.g., lunch cover at reception).

  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure systems.
