Temp Facilities Manager (3 months+), London SE23, c£40k pro rata
A well known museum and charity, based in the Forest Hill area of South-East London, is recruiting a facilities manager for a 3 month fixed term contract (with possible extensions). The temp FM will cover whilst a permanent FM is recruited - and the temp can, of course, apply for the permanent role.
The FM is responsible for a team of hard and soft facilities operatives, ensuring the site is clean, well maintained and safe for staff and visitors.
The organisation are located in a historic building and gardens and experience of working within listed buildings is highly advantageous.
Occasional out of hours on-call requirement. One Saturday p/month as duty manager (with time off in lieu).
Minimum 3 years experience working as an FM and an IOSH or Nebosh H&S qualification is essential.
A pro rata salary of c£40k is offered along with a great working environment!
