We are seeking an IT Savvy Facilities Manager to join a Finance firm located in Mayfair.

We are currently looking for an IT Savvy Facilities Manager to join a Finance firm in Mayfair. The hours are 8am - 5.30 with no hybrid options available. This role is paying 60-90k depending on experience.

The role

- Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems is a must

- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT

- Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security

- Managing maintenance and staffing budgets

- Overseeing building projects and renovations
