We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Management Officer to work within a Law enforcement organisation based near Charring Cross. 36hrs pw, Monday - Friday, some weekend work possible at time. Start asap (dependent on vetting) for 12 months with a view to extend. 13.99ph (26,182.00PA)

Duties:

Help Desk

Dealing with bookings for travel, couriers, car hire, stationery orders, and updating internal spreadsheets.

Liaison with the Landlord's building managers to ensure that maintenance requests are passed on and followed up to a successful conclusion, escalating matters where necessary.

Office Support

o Setting up of conference and meeting room facilities.

o Movement of post, stationery and photo copier paper, case material and goods to appropriate people.

o Issue of Court Passes, MFD log-in cards and temporary building passes.

o Monitoring service areas and ordering stock as necessary.

o Escorting Non-employee's members whilst within the premises (i.e., Maintenance, can be out of hours and weekends if required)

o General housekeeping to keep all floors clear of clutter including removal of waste materials (i.e., cardboard) not located within the bins or covered by Cleaners contract.

o Completing other tasks as requested by the Commercial/FM team as required.
