We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm to find them a Facilities Specialist to join their London office on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to work in an operationally focused role, providing key support for efficient service delivery and the production and review of operational documentation. You will work closely with the firm’s health & safety policies and ensuring compliance is adhered to. You will also work closely with vendors and internal helpdesk to review and ensure KPI’s are met.
The successful Facilities Specialist will have demonstratable experience within a legal or corporate environment. You will have experience of monitoring helpdesk requests, managing vendors and providing key support to improve operational efficiency within the facilities team.
This is a permanent position with a salary up to c£60,000.
