Location: London (static role)Contract: Permanent, full timeWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annumJob OverviewThe Facilities Supervisor will provide Facilities Supervision to a team of fabric engineers to ensure operational efficiency and effectively achieve and maintain full contractual and statutory compliance. You will provide support to the Facilities Manager in the management of contractual delivery and client expectations whilst monitoring and reporting on Service Delivery performance monthly or as the client requests.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the fabric teams in the operational delivery of the contract requirements and service delivery.
  • Provide guidance to the team on delivering the SLAs in a timely manner and in accordance with the Facilities Management Agreement and Project Agreement.
  • Ensure appropriate contract administration and record keeping is maintained, and audit records are available.
  • Ensure effective programming of planned preventative maintenance works with minimal impact on the client.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate subcontractor supervision arrangements.
  • Report any issues to the line manager.

What we are looking for:

  • A background in fabric engineering.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
  • The ability to provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works.
