About the Role:As a Front of House / Assistant Building Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a unique workspace in a converted warehouse at the heart of London. This is a hands on role, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet visitors with a warm smile and help them sign in ???
  • Manage contractor arrivals and ensure they follow sign-in procedures
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Maintain clean and inviting reception and communal areas ??
  • Facilitate agent viewings and assist with deliveries ??
  • Build and nurture tenant relationships, keeping them informed and engaged
  • Conduct regular inspections and log maintenance issues ???
  • Assist with emergency evacuations and community management events
  • Support the Property Management Team with various tasks

Experience:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist / FOH
  • Prior experience working in Property / Building Management

Skills:

  • Great people skills and a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
