My client are a global tech consultancy who require a Functional Delivery Manager with experience in SAP retail Merchandising. About the role: As a Function Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and tracking work assignments based on project deliverables, allocated budget, and time schedule. You will ensure teams execute processes according to standard methods or approved processes and ensure deliverables are completed as required in a timely manner. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Key account abilities include:

  • Develop innovative strategies to optimise merchandise and assortment planning processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandise and assortment planning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency

Required Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Merchandise & Assortment Planning is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail System Integration, Technology Architecture, and SAP for Retail Core Merchandising & Master Data are recommended.
  • P3 SAP Retail Merchandising (incl sites and assortment/ listing/layout modules)
  • P3 Integration with Retail Merchandising Systems
