Hours: 7.5-hour shifts - 9am Start Monday - Friday flexibility required) Duration: 1 Month initiallyAbout the Role:As a Facilities Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students and colleagues. Reporting to the Facilities Team Lead, you’ll deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring our buildings are well-maintained, clean, and compliant. You’ll embody our CARE values – Connect, Act, Respect, and Encourage – in everything you do, making a real difference to the student experience.Key Responsibilities:

Be a brand ambassador, acting with positive intent and providing a world-class student experience.
Respond to maintenance requests, resolving issues promptly or escalating as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment – never walking past a mess without taking action!
Undertake general maintenance tasks, including joinery, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
Support with fire alarm activations, emergency building works, and summer turnaround projects.
Log maintenance issues via the PDA app and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
