- Manage existing supplier relationships and communications
- Manage new supplier onboarding
- Liaise with senior management regarding change requests and your feedback on these
- Complete building inspections and reports
- Review supplier contracts and ensure works completed are in accordance with these
- Track KPIs
- Be responsible for any Hard FM Service queries across the business
- Schedule planned and reactive works to Hard FM Services.
- Issue contractor access forms and ensure the system is updated with these
- Experience working previously in a Hard FM Services role
- IOSH qualified or equivalent
- Knowledge of industry standards
- Experience using CAFM systems or similar
- Experience scheduling works
- Contractor management experience
- Incident management experience

- Up to £58,000 basic depending on experience
