About the company: My client is an exciting social club based in the heart of Central London with breathtaking views and created for those morning to moonlight experiences.

About the role: As Head of Facilities & Maintenance you will be responsible for bringing in a wealth of experience expected to manage building maintenance, facilities and plant equipment.You will act as point of contact supervising a team of direct reports whilst liaising with contractors, senior stakeholders.

All about YOU:

  • Experience in pre-openings, new refurbishments/projects within hospitality or a members club environment is essential.
  • Building maintenance/facilities experience with proven experience in leading multiple departments.
  • Able to work under pressure – This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to able to wear multiple hats.
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation and experience of working with premises licence.
