A dynamic and creative family are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee an exceptional team across two properties based in London & Virginia Water.The chosen candidate will be charged with the smooth day-to-day running of the Principals two homes; and will report directly to the Principals whilst overseeing a team of eight domestic staff.Prior experience working as a House Manager and extensive experience working on the ground in a private residence will be required. The House Manager should feel confident overseeing the daily operations and team of household staff. The successful candidate will have a strong assistant to support them with the day to day running of the properties. They will partner closely with the Financial Controller on all budget and expenditure matters. They will also have ad hoc support of an HR Manager.Working hours will be 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, with three days working at the Principals Virginia Water residence and two days in London. A driving licence and vehicle will be required for this position, to navigate between the various work locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager with a passion for people management, and a hands-on approach, to help build and develop a team of household staff.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
