Interim Commercial Services Manager (6 - 12 month Contract)

Maxwell Stephens, a leading facilities management recruitment firm, has been exclusively engaged by our client to identify a high-calibre individual to join their prestigious team on an interim basis. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their Commercial Services division within Estates and Facilities Management.

In this senior-level position, you will be tasked with driving significant commercial opportunities across the vast estate. You will work closely with the Estates and Facilities Management teams to:

Identify and develop new revenue-generating opportunities within the diverse portfolio of buildings and facilities.

Lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimising the commercial potential of the estate.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of commercial services.

Manage complex projects to deliver measurable outcomes that align with their overall financial and operational objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering results at a senior level within a large, complex organisation. The ideal candidate will possess:

Extensive experience in commercial services, particularly within estates and facilities management.

A strategic mindset, with the ability to drive high-impact initiatives and deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.

The ability to work within the public or higher education sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
