Interim Deputy Director of Estates

Create a culture of exceptional service delivery focused on enhancing the user experience with this multi-site public sector organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities, the role is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction for all Estates & Facilities Operations with overall responsibility for all elements of hard and soft facilities management services. Creating an overall vision for the area of responsibility, the role will lead significant operational and cultural change to considerably enhance how maintenance and facilities management is delivered to the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of providing 'best in class’ facilities management services across a comparable prestigious high-public footfall customer facing portfolio. This role will suit professionals with a high level of personal credibility with demonstrable experience in engendering a culture of exceptional delivery at both an operational and strategic level. To be a success in the role we are seeking an individual with outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills, and who is results focused and customer-centric in approach.

The post is initially offered as a 6 month fix-term contract and will start immediately.
