Description
- Oversee Estate Services Management - Ensure effective delivery of cleaning, caretaking, grounds maintenance, refuse, concierge, and other estate services through in-house teams and external contractors.
- Lead and Develop Teams - Manage and support estate support officers and coordinators, driving strong team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contract and Service Charge Management - Oversee all aspects of contract procurement, monitoring, and service charge budgeting to ensure value for money and compliance with leases and tenancy agreements.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance - Ensure buildings meet fire safety and health regulations, managing risk assessments and maintaining safe communal spaces for residents.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery, improve resident satisfaction, and implement strategic improvements.
