You'll be the ultimate team leader, rallying the Facilities Assistants and other service partners to make sure everything's operating at a 5-star level. Your daily duties will consist of a "bit of everything" - from cleaning to maintenance management, health and safety, and even those cool little projects and makeovers. You will need to be a bit of an all-rounder.

So what do you need to be this interim FM? Well previous experience in FM is a no-brainer, some management experience helps, but the right attitude and approach is key. There are lots of people to speak and deal with - so you need those people skills.
