International Delivery Administrator needed in London, full time hours. This role pays £15 per hour. This role is hybrid.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Manage query channels for the International Service Delivery Team and ensure responses are provided by members of the are conducted within SLAs
  • Ensure sponsorship letters are successfully sent to students
  • Track and maintain records on enhanced credibility checks as required
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for the team, ensuring accuracy and version control are closely monitored
  • assist production of performance reports by identifying trends from queries
  • assist with data quality checking and cleansing to ensure data is recorded accurately in systems.
  • assist with the production of a range of ad-hoc and standard data analysis reports
  • minute, document and track minutes and actions from meetings as required by the International Service Delivery Manager and Head of International Service Delivery.
  • engage in any other duties relevant to the role as and when required
