Profile

A successful 'M&E Maintenance Manager' should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
