- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of all M&E services.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance service.
- Coordinating with external contractors for specialist works.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programmes.
- Preparing and managing budgets for M&E services.
- Conducting regular facility inspections and reporting on the condition of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Responding promptly to any emergencies or issues.
Profile
A successful 'M&E Maintenance Manager' should have:
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
