Maintenance Co-ordinator - Brixton - £25,000 to £28,000 Dependant on ExperienceMy client, a long-established Property Development and Residential Lettings firm, are currently seeking a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their team in Brixton.This role will be a busy and fast paced role where you will be responsible for liaising with the Tenants, Contractors and other internal departments. Therefore, excellent interpersonal skills are important. The successful candidate will be able to build positive business relationships via the telephone and have the confidence to deal with any issues that may arise. Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with Tenants & Contractors daily via phone and email
  • Booking in all maintenance jobs for the portfolio, this is shared with one other colleague
  • Signing off on invoices
  • Sign in and out keys for contractors
  • Sharing an out of hours emergency maintenance line with multiple colleagues.
  • Booking in and managing service

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience as a coordinator role within property, building services, maintenance, engineering services or facilities management firms
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent organisation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Persistence and patience
  • Good prioritisation skills
  • Confident over the phone
