Up to £45,000 p.a. depending on experience

What's involved?
As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel and ensure all services are operating at an optimum. Also, you will be working closely with the Director of Engineer as well as the Hotel Manager overseeing the health & safety, sustainability, and cost control whilst assisting with the recruitment and mentoring of a small team.
Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience as a Maintenance Supervisor looking for their next career step or as a current Maintenance Manager who is looking to progress. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and has a good understanding of Health & Safety as well as COSHH
