Salary: £58,000
Location: North London
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager to work for a very large industrial manufacturing company based in North London. The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in the planning and organising of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Maintenance Manager will have 10 direct reports and will in be involved in both hands on engineering work and management duties. This is a fantastic time to join the buiness as a Maintenance Manager as they are rapidly expanding with opportunities to train and develop your skills. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled with a both electrical and mechanical skills.
Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:
- Electrical Engineering Qualification
- Experience in Managing a team of up to 8-10 engineers
- Multi skilled electrical and Mechanical
- Willing to be Hands on when required
- Experience with planning and organising in a manufacturing environment
